The arbitration shall be conducted in Hampton Roads, Virginia, or such other location as mutually agreed upon by the parties. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses, including attorney fees, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
Modifications and Termination
Hampton Roads SEO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the services at any time with reasonable notice to you. We may also modify these terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of our services following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party in accordance with the terms of your specific service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations incurred prior to the termination date.
Sections regarding intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive any termination of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Hampton Roads, Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
